Cake Mix Cookies
My oldest son brought this recipe home from his C.T.E. class in 7th grade and loves making them. We kept losing the recipe so I finally decided to add it to our online cookbook.
| 2 | egg | |
| 1 | pkg | Cake Mix (any flavor) |
| 1/3 | c | oil |
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl until soft dough forms.
Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 365* for about 9-10 minutes, or until edges are golden brown. Don't over bake or they get really crunchy.
Move to cooling rack to allow to cool.
